Dod-oh My Word! 🦤 1500 Followers!!! It’s been a long, slow crawl from 1000 to 1500! But we made it! Here at Dodo Towers - we’ve always prided ourselves on being a relief from the “daily pressures of modern life” - and for a long time we thought that social media was an unnecessary pressure. 😰 So we decided to try to put Sir John Verney’s and Lord Dodo’s humour and gentle stress relief into the digital realm. 💆🏻‍♀️ We know that doesn’t necessarily feed well into the various algorithms of such channels, or the fleeting attention span that they seem to promote… but we’d rather stick to our principles rather than loading more pressure on you, our do-devoted supporters. After all, We are here for you, and we wouldn’t be be here if it weren’t for you! However - it’s hard to understate how important Social Media has become for small businesses like ours in reaching new friends and customers. It’s not just selling stationery… it’s a mission to provide relief to those who long for a slightly more gentle, relaxed era and perspective on life. We evolve with the times, but only in ways that we feel are worthy - revamping our products to be sustainable, and responsible. ♻️🌱 So - if you know someone who could benefit from gentle assistance in organisation, with a decent dose of light relief… share the Do-social love and invite them to follow! You know by now that they’ll only be inviting fun and friendly feels into their timeline!! Thank you again, Dodo Padlers! Here’s to avoiding extinction! From all of us here at Dodo Towers ❤️
