31 laps around the sun. Celebrated with all my people this weekend. So blessed so thankful. To be surrounded by so many amazing people is an overwhelming feeling. Surrounded by love. 💕 🩷❤️🩷

4 years full of memories, lessons, and moments i’ll never forget. There’s no other group of guys I’d rather go through hard times with, break records with, and battle with every day. God truly put me on the best path—surrounded by the best people, coaches, and support system I could’ve asked for.

This program will always have a special place in my heart. I’m beyond grateful to have been a Namer 💚🤍

To 4 more years and many more miles …✌️

It has been a memorable 4 years. We’ve had so much fun cheering on Jeffrey and watching him win a A LOT of medals. 2x state finalist, All Ohio, and on to the next level! We are proud of you as a person and an athlete. 💚

Oh, and Coach Nick is cool too.
