Copper doesn’t work alone — and when it’s out of balance, everything downstream feels it. 🔋

Sophie Shepherd breaks down why copper toxicity is so tightly linked to estrogen dominance, and how balancing it with the right antagonist minerals — zinc, manganese, chromium — can be the missing piece for energy, mood, and hormone regulation that supplement stacks alone can’t fix.

It’s not about adding more. It’s about getting the ratios right.

“Yeah, I’ve finally got a diagnosis.” 🎙️

Eight years of unexplained pain, hair loss, and exhaustion — dismissed, misdiagnosed, told it was “just stress.” Then a hypothyroid diagnosis... followed by “normal” labs and no answers.

Sophie Shepherd’s story is the story so many women live: knowing something’s wrong long before anyone believes you.

Full episode with @shetalkshealth — how she went from that moment to helping other women do the same. Comment “THYROID” and I’ll send you the link.

“Dear Me” was the centerpiece of Denver’s campaign to host the 2030 Gay Games - a compilation of voices from the LGBTQ+ community, each reading a short letter to their younger self.

The concept came from the Gay Games Denver board and grew from there.

What ended up on screen felt closer to a collective exhale than a campaign video.

Here’s part one. Part two coming on @imprintmediaproductions

One of the main creative calls on this project was that no licensed music was allowed.

Whatever closed Denver’s presentation in Valencia had to be built for the story rather than borrowed from somewhere else.
@smilesclay of @dearmarsharocks wrote “One Love, One Pride” specifically for this campaign.

Two shoots included a church scene and a street rally that grew into something closer to a movement on screen than a music video set.

Proud that @imprintmediaproductions we got to be a part of it.

@ya_girl_maya27 has been playing basketball since she was two.

Seven years into her transition, she’s an award-winning civil rights advocate, program operations manager at @denverfoodrescue , and still one of the best players on any Tuesday morning court.

She made this film for the campaign as part of the Dear Me series that our team produced for Gay Games Denver.

Maya talks about sport and belonging, and where she fits inside both. See what she had to say in her own words, unfiltered.

She/her. She’ll be featured in the Dear Me compilation coming soon.

Every four years, multiple cities campaign to host the International Gay Games - one of the largest LGBTQ+ sports and cultural events in the world.

Ask anyone who’s been, and they don’t describe it in athletic terms. They use words like “home.”

Last year, Denver was one of two finalists for the 2030 edition. Our team at Imprint was brought in to help build the video presentation for their showcase in Valencia.

The whole thing was shaped around one question:
“If you could say one thing to your younger self, what would it be?”

We called it Dear Me. Even though Denver wasn’t ultimately chosen to host the Gay Games, this series of films far outgrew the purpose they were initially built for.

The people who shared their story on camera deserved a bigger audience than a room in Valencia. Pride Month may be over, but the story isn’t.

Over the next few days, we’re posting the full Dear Me series-starting today.

We still have a few spots left for August 26–30. Come join the fun!! 🛖

Part 2 of 4 of Our European adventure - Molly’s Wedding!

She looked stunning and the wedding was a blast! The best part was getting to spend time with my mother, brothers and sisters in law!

Molly’s wedding was the initiating reason we decided to tack on more days and finally take our honeymoon! We figured if we are already here why not!? Thank you, Molly!

Barcelona you lit our souls on fire!

We loved every moment of our time here - from the late nights frolicking the hidden winding streets, to he best food I’ve tasted in years, to the authentic Flemenco dancing, and Gaudi’s work laced throughout the city.

Part 1 of 4 of the most delayed honeymoon 🤣🤣
