Two kitchens. Two cultures. One table. 🌿🔥

On September 24, MITA welcomes Chef Evan Snyder of Philadelphia’s Emmett for a one-night-only collaboration alongside Chefs Miguel Guerra and Tatiana Mora.

For the evening, MITA’s plant-forward Latin American cooking meets Emmett’s bold, wood-fired Levantine and Mediterranean flavors in an exclusive tasting menu shaped by two distinct culinary perspectives and everything that happens when they meet.

Emmett was recently named a 2026 James Beard Award finalist for Best New Restaurant, making this a night we’re especially excited to share.

Your experience at MITA begins long before you take your seat.

While the restaurant is still quiet, Rosita is already in the kitchen, preparing by hand the details that will make their way to your table that evening. Latin American ingredients, tradition, and technique all transformed with time, care, and hours of work behind the scenes.

Because what you see on the plate begins long before the doors open. ✨

Last night, our space became a place of community, generosity, and hope.

To everyone who joined us, shared a meal, raised a glass, and supported Venezuela through our food and cocktails, thank you. Your kindness made every bite and every sip part of something much bigger.

Together, we celebrate our roots while giving back to those who need it most. ❤️🇻🇪

An honor for the entire MITA team to meet Chef @danielboulud

His talent and impact on our industry are undeniable, but what left the greatest impression was his humility, generosity, and passion. Meeting someone whose work has inspired so many chefs and hospitality professionals was truly special.

Moments like these remind us why we do what we do, to continue learning, growing, and striving for excellence every day.
