Packed house tonight! 🔥

Hard work, great energy, and even better people. Love seeing everyone show up, push themselves, and bring this kind of energy to every class.

This is what Team Rocha is all about!

Bag work. Boxing drills. Hula hoop chaos 🥊😂

A fun way to work on staying in range, keeping your feet under you, and letting your hands go.

Our first Summer Social brought the whole RMTKB community together ☀️

We had two high-energy classes, live sparring, great music, plenty of food, an ice cream truck, and @infightstyleca and @prestigefightseries gear available throughout the day.

It was amazing seeing our members, friends, and families enjoying the gym outside of regular training and having such a great time together.

A special thank you to @n.uzzxmxn, mama and papa Rocha for helping set up and getting the gym ready. So much work happened behind the scenes, and we truly appreciate your help 🤍

An incredible day with an incredible community. This definitely won’t be our last Summer Social 🔥👊

Our first-ever Summer Social was a huge success! ☀️🔥

We kicked things off with two high-energy classes, followed by great food, good music, live sparring in the ring, and an amazing crowd bringing the energy all day.

This is what RMTKB is all about… hard work, great people, and a community that knows how to have fun together 🥳

Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make it such a great day. The first of many! 👊🥊

A few moments from our @johnwayneparr seminar at Rocha Muay Thai & Kickboxing.

(And yes, he’s about 6 foot 4 and full of muscles)

Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make our first seminar a special one. And thank you to JWP for sharing the knowledge that made him one of the most respected names in the sport 🙏

What an incredible night! 🤩

Last night we hosted the first-ever seminar at Rocha Muay Thai & Kickboxing, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to start.

A huge thank you to John Wayne Parr “The Gunslinger” for sharing his knowledge, experience, and passion for the sport with our members and guests. Learning from a true legend of Muay Thai is something we’ll never forget.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this event such a success. The energy in the room was amazing, and it was great to see athletes from different gyms come together to learn and grow.

This was our first seminar, but it definitely won’t be our last. More to come 🔥
