As 2025 comes to a close, our hearts are full 🤍 So much growth, connection, and magic lived on these mats this year. Still can't believe I completed 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training! With my heart full of love I say I'm so happy I took this decision for myself. I feel so connected to this amazing group of people. The respect, love, and kindness I feel towards them is something I didn't know was possible in such a short time. However 200 hours didn't past without much effort, sweat, and genuine curiosity for the new universe of concepts and Ideas our teachers presented to us during this 11 weeks. I'm sad it's over, not going to lie! I feel very attached to my TT12 family, but i'm so excited for the future! for new opportunities, for new adventures, for more magic!! ✨ Thank you @mimiyoga_official @janetisabelli @ewa_hypnosis @mimiyogastudio this is possible thanks to all the love you put into this training, if you are thinking about it the only thing I can say is Just Show Up!

On our first day of class one of our beautiful yoga teachers @ewa_hypnosis shared with us that our body releases the same chemicals when you are nervous as when you are excited… so it’s all about what you tell yourself you are. That really did become the common theme through out these past three months! 🤍 All the nerves became excitement and that formed this beautiful journey that I feel so lucky to have experienced. That first picture is of when @valecolmenarez and I taught our first class together, which she volunteered us to do first so I was super super… “excited.” I always say nothing in life is a coincidence and I geniunely believe this was all meant to happen exactly as it did. Catch you on the mat in 2025! 🤍

200 (or maybe 300) hours later, we are officially Yoga teachers!! I am truly humbled by this experience. I had no idea what to expect when I signed up on a whim over the summer. The one thing I for sure did not see coming is that I would fall MADLY in love with my beautiful Teacher Trainees (whom we call TTs). We have heard it over and over that TT12 (our group) is special. Someone even said to me today “you’re so lucky your TT group is so active” maybe it’s luck… But it’s also a decision, because we truly love each other we have decided to stay together. In this day and age true love is hard to find… I mean, when was the last time you fell head over heels for 30 individuals? 🥹 Beyond grateful for my teachers @mimiyoga_official (love, resilience personified) @janetisabelli (pure angelic grace) and @ewa_hypnosis (enlightened being). Thank you for blowing my heart wide open. You are forever my family. If you’re even just considering joining the Yoga Teacher Training at @mimiyogastudio DO IT!!! I promise the community is exactly what you see on IG: supportive, fun, sweet and accepting. We are waiting for you, and honestly… we love you already.

Today, I had the pleasure of guiding the Mimi Yoga Teacher Training Harmonium Workshop - one of my favorite masterclasses on our syllabus. It takes a lot of courage to show up, play a new instrument and sing out loud. But here’s a little secret that everyone learned today: When many voices become one, they become unstoppable…And it always sounds good. ✨ YTT13 starts January 2025.
