No better way to end this season. Ending on an exclamation point and forever thankful for a team that felt like family :)

Track has been my home for the past 6 years. Every moment was filled with lessons and purpose. Saying goodbye to my husker family is going to be harder than I expected. I never knew that a sport and the people in it could shape the person I am today! I will forever miss the little moments with this team and our bonds that we have created. This season was an absolute dream from winning conference and true team state, to being 4x4 state champions with a class A meet record and school record time of 3:54.97! I also accomplished my 100 hurdles goal of sub 15 with a school record of 14.65 and fell just shy of the 300 hurdle school record with 44.92. Lastly I achieved a 400 split time of 57.3 which I never thought I would do. All I have to say is thank you God for this gift of track. I knew since the Lord blessed me with this talent I had to embrace it to its fullest and I believe I did. I will miss my team greatly, and I love you guys forever 💗#cheetah #67
