What made this weekend special wasn’t just the game - it was the people behind the scenes.

To our Volunteers,

You made it fun.
You made it easier.
You made it possible

We can’t thank you enough.

And to everyone that came to the game to support us - we raised $9285 for our SCI community.

Stronger Together, one might say! 💜

This @omni_boards ad from the mid 90s means so much to me for so many reasons. Shot by my fave photographer of the era; @mikeomeally and featuring my friend since childhood, Cameron Goozeff. It takes me back to simple times, when all I really cared about was skating and friends (and probably partying). Cam was ruling. He was sponsored by @omni_boards , he was going on tours with Kwala Distribution, he was getting pics in skate mags, he had the hottest girlfriend… he was winning. Which made it feel like we were all winning just for being his mates.
Anyway, episode #240 with founder of @omni_boards Cary Pogson drops this coming Sunday on all of the major podcast directories, and YouTube (audio only version this week). LINKS IN BIO.

Thank you @slamskateboarding . This life is a trip! Shout out to Jim “You can’t fake the funk” Turvey for shooting the Krooks pic and putting the article together and @trent_fahey_ . Most of all, thanks to the guests that have the courage to come on the show and share. Your stories are enduring, and have impacted people you may never meet.

After 7+years of being a wall decoration I’ve decided to set up one of my #barbeachboards decks. From 7.75s in the nineties this 8.5 is gonna feel like a monster. #loveskateboarding #skatedad
