Is Rejection therapy is a REAL thing!?

Doing street interviews is daunting at first, but here’s what it taught me:

→ Do more things that make you uncomfortable
→ Find people who balance your energy + push you
→ Stop overthinking what people think of you
→ Put yourself out there before you feel ready
→ And if you get rejected… keep it moving 😂

Because you never know what’s on the other side of that “no”.

Thanks @jemel.richards for volunteering to take the journey with me!

Hold tight to the OGs that have been doing this! @theharrietfisher @kjordyyy @doseofsociety @tarakeeney @humansofny @areyouokayshow

The hustle and hard work is so real! 👏🏿

Would you try something like this to get over your fear?
