⏳ I used to think time freedom meant working less. I was wrong.

This Saturday looked like:

🍵 Tea + client work
☕ Coffee
🥊 Muay Thai
💪🏾 Pull-ups + training
🤝🏾 Catching up with friends
💻 More work during a pedicure 😂
🌅 Sunset at the beach
🔥 Marshmallows by the fire
🥋 Watching fights
🎮 Call of Duty at 1AM

I still worked.

That’s the part people get wrong.

For me, time freedom isn’t about doing nothing. It’s about having enough control over your time to decide when you work, where you live, who you’re around, and what gets to fit into your day.

Work. Train. Eat. Play. Build. Be around good people.

Some days are productive.
Some days are random.
Some days are both.

And that’s kind of the point.

Freedom to go. Time to understand.

Chapter 14 — All In.

Bali was all about the work.

Six classes a day, every day, surrounded by people from all over the world.

Grateful to @balimma and everyone who trained alongside me during those two months. 🇮🇩

From my own experience, this is something I wish I had known when I first started.👇

When you’re hitting pads or learning a new technique, if you start feeling pain, don’t just assume it’s because you’re not used to the training yet.Sometimes, it’s a sign that there’s something wrong with your technique.

As a beginner, slow everything down. Focus on getting the movement right before adding speed or power.

If you keep getting the same pain or small injuries, don’t ignore them. It might be a small technical mistake that’s being repeated over and over.

That’s something worth paying attention to.

Because the fewer injuries you have, the more consistently you can train. And consistency is what leads to real progress.

Repeat. Repeat again.Find the problems through repetition, fix them, and then repeat again.❤️‍🔥
