This is not a beginning, it is remembrance. Kukuvuka kwento ebisele ihamba ngaphantsi kwegama lam. NdinguDlomo. NdinguMadiba. Andizenzanga, ndithwelwe. Being uMxhosa is my superpower, not because it makes me different, but because it makes me continuous. A power that does not announce itself, but recognises itself in me. Apho kukho ukuthula, kukho amazwi ookhokho. Apho ndihamba khona, andihambi ndedwa. This is not identity as performance, kuko ukukhumbula okuphila emzimbeni. Inkumbulo engafundiswanga, kodwa ezalwayo.
