I didn’t come to the mountain to achieve anything.
I came to be still long enough to listen.

The climb asked for attention.
The silence asked for trust.
And somewhere along the way, effort softened into presence.

Nature doesn’t rush.
It doesn’t explain itself.
It teaches by waiting.

Sharing the path made the listening deeper.
Reaching the top brought humility, not answers.
Gratitude arrived quietly, without needing to be seen.

I’m learning that stillness isn’t empty.
It’s where alignment happens.
It’s where life speaks, when we finally stop interrupting.

Fourth. Annual. Mulligan. Eight. And also. FirstStetsonAlumniRowDuringHomecoming…

Not sure what was more painful: HOCR’s 3-miler or the 900 meter piece against @stetsonmrowing

Started as the rookie just filling the women’s spot, ended the season with a championship! Can’t believe it lol 🥎🏆 Huge thanks to Rob for not only bringing me onto this amazing team but also coaching me through every step … and so grateful to this incredible team for being so welcoming (and super talented). I had the best time learning, cheering, and playing with you all. Feeling lucky to be part of this win and already excited for more boots, more games w y’ll, and more trophies so each of us can have one lol ! 💛🙌

Finally, a special thanks to @voloboston for organizing such great games!!

The Mulligan 8+ gathered again for the Directors’ Challenge. No Stetson Alumni boat this year but the boys came up anyways. The perfect weather this weekend made it hard to keep my head in the boat

🍂🍁 Fall hike at Mount Carrigain in NH 🍁🍂

An incredible day in NH celebrating @nickrao81 and his accomplishment in completing the 48! It’s been amazing to watch you and your love for hiking grow over the last 4 and a half years!

It was a beautiful day on the trails with some really great people. One of the best summits in Whites on probably one of the best hiking days of the year.
