Good morning, loves! I can't believe I came across this picture today. I saved this on my phone (one Android and another iPhone ago) and managed to keep it all this time. This is my permanent #WCW and without her knowledge has been a HUGE influence in my #fitness goals for both #aesthetics and #health. When I found this picture a couple years ago, I had lost all the weight I needed to be #fit and #healthy and was developing some decent #muscles from all of the weight training I did. It depicts grace and beauty and the result of hard work and #dedication is definitely showcased here. For the first time, I recognized #women with muscles don't have to look oafish and manly. This image of @jenbaker22 helped me construct a #physique I've come to be proud. While now I've transitioned my #goals to reflect performance and progress as opposed to physique, this photo represents a huge milestone in my adult life and I hope it doesn't creep my WCW out too much if I hold on to it forever. MWAH. #womancrushwednesday #transformation #bodybuilding #crossfit #fitness #ifbb #npc #weightlifting #strength #loveyourbody #jennbaker #figure #performance #determination #commitment #success #fitfam #fitnation #gymflow100

Everyone that is an inspiration to me isn't always older or bigger than I am. This young man is an inspiration to me being a talented athlete and he told me a future bodybuilder after we met. He is in the #BBBS program with my good friend @jenbaker22 who mentors less fortunate youth to become positive role models for their peers ! Thank you Jen for what you do! #stevekuclo #kingsnake #inspiration #givingback
