Time at Disney is always magical! ✨ We were able to spend time at Downtown Disney with Lexi in between College Check-in responsibilities. And we went to Disneyland with our college besties! Still making memories after all these years. 💛

Grateful.

Shed more than a few tears on the way home from my last class with this remarkable crew. It’s insane how much life we’ve seen each other through over a short three years. They were a tremendous stabilizing force during one of the most destabilizing seasons of my life. Some of the brightest, kindest, strongest, most gifted pastors I’ve ever met are in these pictures. Humbled and amazed to call them friends. As it’s hard not to be hopeful about the future of the church with pastors like these. From the bottom of my heart, thank you @gerrybreshears and @westernseminary for bringing us together.

One of the very best parts of May was definitely Renew 2026!! My favorite Renew yet! What a gift to spend the whole day gathering together with so many friends from all across the area in support and celebration of all God is doing through the womens ministry @ugmsalem.or

It’s always such an honor when I get to partner with the UGM team. They’re a force for the Kingdom of Heaven and such a blessing to our cities!

I’m so thankful for @jennieallen and the way she jumped right in with us, championed the work being done through UGM, and brought such a powerful word of encouragement and commissioning to us all! My favorite quote in my notes app from the day was the challenge to stop acting like we’re waiting for a calling and to start living like we’ve already got one!! 🙌🏼

I just can’t say enough about what God has taught me or the women I’ve come to know over the years because of this ministry!
The dear friendships that grow from being on mission together and serving side by side is so special!
And more than anything I am constantly blown away by the women I’ve met from UGM who have not only become my friends but the most beautiful examples to me of resilience, surrender, and what it looks like to live out a testimony of true joy and freedom.
It was such a privilege so hear some of their stories and celebrate their victory in Jesus at this years Renew!
What a day! To God be the glory!! 💛

What an incredible 3 years @westernseminary. I have wrestled, learned and grown. My life is full and blessed because of this program and especially because of this group of amazing people from my cohort. We are one trimester away from masters degrees

Graduated with my Masters in Applied Biblical Leadership today! This moment is the result of lots of prayers, unexpected generosity, and tremendous support from my wife, friends, and family. So, so grateful for what God has done.

My friend @sarebearlyons said last night, “God has been so generous to us” when referencing our friendships. I could not agree more. What a gift to be seen, known, and loved in every season. Almost 30 years worth! So thankful for these beautiful, strong, godly women in my life!!! And their families too! ❤️❤️❤️

What a gift to love so deeply. To be known and loved by friends we’ve known since college. Friends who have walked through every season together and STILL choose each other. There is nothing sweeter than this. Except for maybe the marriage of our friends’ son!

We celebrated Carson getting married this weekend! Carson!!! I held him as a baby, rocked him to sleep, and now he is MARRIED to the most beautiful girl, Skyler. And we couldn’t be more happy!

It was a beautiful wedding, and a wonderful weekend with friends, who also surprised me with a birthday celebration! We wrapped up the weekend with cozy Christmas movies and puzzles and naps!

And we are going home with FULL hearts!

I’ve been much more sparse with social media than ever. Slowly reintroducing it back into my life.
Here’s a 2025 photo dump. It has been, by far, the most formative year of my life. Beyond grateful for my family, new and old friends, beauty, experiences, and, above all, God’s tender love through it all.

PS, Kels and I did not have a baby. That’s are beautiful nephew Callum.

Enjoyed a beautiful week with our family and our best friends from college in Oregon. Deep rest and deep laughter are good for the soul. Trees and fresh air are too. ☀️🌳💦

The truth is… I almost decided not to attend this women’s retreat. It feels *really* scary going outside of my comfort zone lately, and putting myself in a situation with new people, a new sleeping environment, and uncertainty about what to expect. Can anyone else relate?

As women, we tend to worry ourselves out of really amazing experiences that could lead us to new friendships and incredible memories. Will my kids be okay while I’m gone? Will anyone like me? Will I fart in my sleep and wake up the entire cabin 😆 The list goes on…

You know what this is?? This is satan doing his best work to keep you afraid. To keep you lonely. To rob you of experiences that could change your life and rejuvenate your soul. To keep you from new friendships and from opening yourself to growth and possibilities.

Let me remind you that YOU are enough. You’re perfect just the way God made you. So say yes to the retreat. Say yes to meeting a new friend for coffee. Push yourself out of your comfort zone because that’s where you GROW! Open up and be vulnerable and amazing things will happen!

This weekend I said yes, and I’m so glad that I did 💕 And yes my youngest was sad that I left, but I came home with new friends, renewed faith in Jesus, an uplifted soul, and so many incredible memories. It’s worth pushing ourselves out of our comfort zones.
