POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Spent four delicious dog days of summer in the Catskills, awash in the transformative moonlight of the lunar eclipse with seven other incredible women. We wrote in comfortable silence together at sunrise. We savasana'ed on the barn floor with blankets, the deluge of thunderstorms cascading over the barn roof like ocean waves. We sipped hibiscus tea from jugs in the meadows and talked books, art, wellness, relationships, and womanhood between bites of fresh, juicy peaches. We traded stories of heartbreak, loss, and grief around a bonfire, burning marshmallows and negativity that no longer served us in the flames. We belly laughed over breakfast. We shared our writing and our innermost fears, doubts, and dreams (one and the same, really). We dropped into this utopian microcosm like we'd been here all along, like we've known each other for years. I'll cherish this brief summer's end respite, and this loving community, for the rest of my life. As @oonametz asked during one morning vinyasa flow, "Does anyone else think we might have died and gone to heaven?" 🌓🌌🧘🏼‍♀️📝⛈️📚🍑🔥🏕️

Look at these 6am writers! The early bird crew meets every morning to get their pages in. Some come every day, some occasionally. They share favorite lines of the week on Fridays and occasionally read their work to each other. They even have birdy mugs. 🥰

The Accountability Workshops are a big community of writers supporting writers. Writing a book can be a tough, solo road, and so these moments of community and connection provide the love and juice to keep it all going.

As the founders, we couldn’t have dreamed of anything better.

Thanks for inspiring us all, early birds! 🦢

If what you need is time and space to write, this retreat is for you.

We’re offering an intimate few days designed for a small group of people who care deeply about their work: published authors, working writers, those in the midst of a draft, those who simply need to feed their creative souls.

Along with plenty of writing encouragement and accountability, you’ll get the added gifts of yoga, rest, excellent meals, nature, and genuine space to think.

You’ll have writing time in community, daily movement and mindfulness, a private room of your own, and support for wherever you are in your process.

Only 2 spots remain — claim one for yourself (link in bio to learn more or sign up)!

If you’re partway through a draft, living with a book idea, or wanting to return to the page with more clarity and steadiness, we’d love to have you with us.

This is a call to the people who are:

- in the middle of a manuscript
- trying to begin
- revising for the hundredth time
- carrying a book around in their body and brain every day

If that’s you, this retreat was made with you in mind.

For four days in the Catskills, we will gather in an intimate group for writing, yoga, rest, conversation, and actual space to make progress. The vibe is less “perform wellness” and more protect the work, calm the nervous system, and get what you need to on the page.

And because we have intentionally limited our numbers, the experience stays personal, targeted to your needs, and genuinely supportive.

If you’ve seen us sharing about this retreat since April and thought, "Wow, I’d love to sign up,” or "That is exactly the kind of space I need right now,” this is your moment. There are 2 spots left. Save yours today, link in bio.

We took Maggie to see trees and grass and sunlight. I hope she didn’t get too used to it.

Jen Doll understands the power in making space to return to yourself — through movement, through words, through being held in community.

This post gives a little window into her heart and why, for her, being part of this retreat was always a resounding yes.

And if you’ve been thinking about joining us:
Only 4 spots remain

Our May promo ends May 31 — pay in full by then and receive $500 off, for a total of $2500 rather than $3000.

Now is the time to say yes!
