We had a marvelous time attending the TransformNations charity Gala this past weekend. What joy to see those fundraising goals hit! ✨TransformNations will have the funds needed to support efforts with children’s initiatives at the World Beat Center in San Diego and Build homes in Baja California with Baja Bound. ❤️ I never cease to be amazed at what’s possible when we people come together for a worthy cause!✨👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 @transformnationsorg

35 was weird, man! I lost my dad — but when one david lee wittbrodt exited this world, another entered it (and I became an auntie!!). I got a new job for the first time in 11 years. I chopped off all my hair, dyed it black, and my ears got three new piercings (because grief brings out the closeted emo in me, I guess). I read more romantasy than I’m proud to admit. I spent a lot of 35 in a dark lil cocoon, and peeking my head out hasn’t been easy. (because holy wow, the world sucks right now!) but also there are babies and new jobs and good friends and belly laughing, and joy is not made to be a crumb. thanks for the birthday wishes, all, squaring my shoulders for 36 🥳💜🎂
