We know nothing makes students happier than getting the email notification “you’ve been added from the waitlist.” 😊

If you’re on the waitlist for a course, here’s what you need to know:

1️⃣ if you’re 1-5 on the waitlist, you’ll have ELMS access so you can view course content. ⚠️This does NOT mean you’ve been added to the class.

2️⃣ you need to checkin every day on testudo.umd.edu. 🐢 Missing a checkin will drop you from the waitlist.

3️⃣ we strongly recommend attending your waitlisted course so you don’t miss lecture content, and avoid having to make up work if you’re added to the class. 📚

4️⃣ have a backup plan if you don’t get in. Need help identifying alternative courses? 📊Check your Uachieve degree audit to see what requirements are remaining and visit an advisor during drop-ins.

‼️ Schedule adjustment ends Monday, September 15th. If you need help finalizing your schedule come to dropins!
