Who would you rank higher based on these quotes?? (Ok ok I'll put my real rankings in the comments 😉 I may have been a little *harsh*) If you're new, this is Terrell and Felix: the two MMC's from my upcoming book The Threads of the Cursed (and no, it's not a love triangle!!) For lovers of character-driven, lore-filled romantasy full of heartbreak, mystery, and just a dash of humour. Themes & Content: -forbidden elemental magic -self-acceptance -multiple love interests -overcoming trauma -found family -mild open-door spice (1-2 🌶️) -religious oppression -uncovering conspiracies ________ THE BOOK: "Breathe," I commanded myself. "In, then out. In, out." When Alara forms a courtship to fulfil her kingdom's mandatory marriage law, she is thrust into a world of secrets - one where her life begins to unravel as she grapples with the one truth she's always known: I must keep it contained. #romantasy #newbook #upcomingbook #newauthor #thethreadsofthecursed

PUBLISHED, AWARD-WINNING, DIVA! Drink every time Claudine is proud of something in this post 🫨 So much theatre this year! 📚🎭Back in June, @momentum_180's Parallel Project had a book launch, which included my monologue, People Without Colour. @argelmdr and @jocelyn.tsui, you've truly created something so incredibly meaningful for racialized artists. Beyond proud of you, and touched to be a part of this shift towards a more inclusive theatre landscape. ⛺️🏅I made my Vancouver Fringe debut as assistant director to The Grown-Ups, and we won Best of Fest Runner-up! So proud of the @heylexacon team, whose sweetness and supportiveness made me feel so chill and confident. Your trust in me means the world. Most of the pics in the post are just them because they're so cute! 🪖👗UPCOMING! @jbm.theatre's inaugural production of Dogfight. I'm very proud of this show and all the beautiful and nuanced work our company is doing. It's truly moving! Set in the 60s on the eve of the Kennedy assassination, we explore themes of social expectation and its tragic consequences. Bring your group over to Granville Island for a night of musical theatre ♥︎
