Firstly, to my husband @sirdrmrberry. Without your love & support, I truly don’t know how I’d get through prep. From bringing my shoes to the gym, cooking my breakfasts & anything in between, you truly show what a partner should be. I love you & am so grateful for your part in this crazy adventure. 🥰🥰

To all my friends who I love dearly (especially @meganemmily ), I won’t tag everyone, but I hope you know who you are… thank you for all the chats when I’m low, doubting myself & questioning things. Thank you for the hype up moments, the hugs, the laughs & all the moments of love in between. You guys are everything. 💕

To my big tall bald man who I guess I call one of my best friends.., don’t let this go to your ego ok? I know you’re British, but you’re NOT always right.. 😉😂. @d_warrington_ , you became the friend I never expected through this journey. You endured one of the hardest processes with me & I cannot express to you enough how grateful I am for your support, kindness, generosity & constant encouragement throughout this. I honestly cannot imagine having found a better prep buddy to endure the highs & lows with. Thank you for always putting up with me & helping to bring my best ever. You have no idea how incredibly proud of you I am & how much potential I see for you down the road..we’re just getting started in this!! 💪🏻🔥 (again, you’re not always right ..)

Lastly, to my incredible coach @andrew_arseneau.fit 🏆💪🏻… when I reached out to you back in 2022 to begin this journey, I knew it. I had a gut feeling about you & the work you did behind the scenes. No question, you were the coach that I knew would help bring me to where we are now & we’re not even close to done. Thank you for all you do, your care, your dedication, your precision, your patience for putting up with my weirdness, & your ongoing support and A1 coaching. I wouldn’t be where I am without you. Let’s f**cking go! I’ve told you forever you’d be stuck with me for life (oops sowwyyy! 😉)

ATLANTICS 2026 🏆❤️ : A BACKSTAGE PASS 📸

A first for me this past weekend being apart of the @jandh_promotions backstage crew at imo what is the most prestigious bodybuilding show here on the East Coast and a show unlike any others in the country - The Atlantic Classic : 2026 🤩

Funny to think that I’ve been apart of the crew on and off the stage now for the better part of 6+ years but more now behind the scenes then in front of the audience and as strange as it kinda seems now but yes this was my first time volunteering at Atlantics if you can believe it and so happy to be here and be included to help ease all of the minds of the athletes and ensure you have a positive experience ☺️

Ohhh man, I’m just so happy when I’m with all of you, it’s unlike anything I’ve ever felt before yet I am very aware of how important it is to have community and a good group of people who surround you that light you up. You guys did that for me this weekend 🙏🏻

Heather & Ti-Jean - THANK YOU 😊 and also to the rest of the crew, amazing work to all. Nothing like the feeling of “being apart of” something that never gets old and I cherish dearly.

Also - to ALL THE ATHLETES. Much love for every single one of you for being kind, respectful, courteous to us all and a HUGE congrats. Also - a special shoutout to the newbies, as I always say, I love ya’s the most 🫶🏼

In closing, I will say, I almost sat this one out, but a dear friend of mine woke up me up and said “Colin, we need you, the people need you, and we want you there” well, thank God she woke me up, cause I see now how much love I still and always will have for this sport 💖💖

We really do all belong together 🤗

Every year around this time,
I start creating an all white collection for the Sex Show.
It’s become a little ritual for me 🤍

With the show not happening this time of year, I wasn’t sure if the white sparkles would get their moment.

So when this custom order came in for one of our Luminous white sequin bodysuits… I was GIDDY.

This piece is from that collection.
She still gets to shine 😘

Words cannot describe how perfect of a festival this was. Perfect weather, perfect campsite, perfect people, perfect everything.

If anything I actually wished it had been *slightly* warmer so the river would hit better. This is probably the only festival I'd ever want to be hot.

Shambhala is not for the faint of heart— it's one of the roughest festivals out there. Getting in is simultaneously a mad dash and a horrendous slog. Finding a good campsite requires veteran knowledge and a series of miracles. Getting out is a maze of cars, cops, and border patrol agents.

But god, the music. The people. The love.

The stars.
