The Abrey’s 🌾

Robert & Nepin’s wedding was intimate and beautiful in the quiet way that October is. It was packed with meaning and sentiment. I find Autumn lends itself to romance and weddings. The light lingers on the skin a bit longer, and everything is changing yet it still feels like home.

These two live in Jasper now, arguably one of the most beautiful places in Canada, but, with the help of blue skies and changing leaves, our little province showed up big on their wedding day. (but I’m still going to visit you guys in Jasper and I might not come home) #dirtybootsandmessyhair #radlovestories #fallwedding

This felt so good guys!!! At the start of this year I set goals to reachhh..
1) A 1 plate bench (135lb)
2) A 2 plate squat (225lb)

⚡️First vid shows me repping out 115lb for 2 reps
⚡️Second shows me doing 125 for one rep
⚡️Third vid shows my TWO PLATE (225lb)squat😤😤😤

Being only 10lbs short on my bench goal is pretty darn okay w me because DAYUM this was heavy💀 And I absolutely crushed my squat goal!! Just wanted to document dis to see where I can go next year, because I’m prolly not gonna be hitting these again anytime soon since ima b cuttinggg so yeah. I’m rly happy with my progress because one year ago or even 4 months ago today this would’ve crushed me😂😂
