10 years ago today, I had a double mastectomy to remove every bit of cancer & precancerous cells., kicking off 5 surgeries in 2 years. I still am so grateful, we caught things early and this was my journey. It was hard season, a lot of pain, but the Lord carried us and we were so supported in this journey by friends and family. Please do your monthly self exams. This allowed me catch this early. I found all 3 of my lumps myself in my 30's. The night before my surgery, some friends came over to pray, hang, encourage and decorate my pillowcase with thoughts, prayers and love #grateful #breastcancer #doublemastectomy #cancersucks #playinfullout @doyourmonthlyselfexams @kurt.wilkins.22 @bcopeland001 @kaitbytheclouds @cooper_wilkins_9 @river_of_happyness @kathryn.redman @jennakredman @michaelkredman @jenn_sheley @michaeldavid41 @wadlowak @denisesnoke @chriscasbah @gabrielasnoke

Who needs Brother Bear when you have a Sister Bear? 🐻 It was a joy celebrating Jenna K’s 30th birthday in Truckee. A woman who embodies her favorite animal with her fierceness, strength, and loyalty. Her desire for cozy comforts, path of least resistance for food, and to be at peace with those around her. Forgive the late post, my kid got sick the day I got home and then I got sick with his sick.

“Even the smallest person can change the course of the future.” — Galadriel, The Fellowship of the Ring (film) This past weekend, Brad and I were honored with the most beautiful baby shower celebrating our son. Our amazing church, Neighborhood Church of Chico, which also hosted our wedding, was the perfect setting for this event. Thank you to everyone who helped bring it to life, especially my best friend and sister in Christ, Alex Vargas, who planned the shower and traveled all the way from Colorado to bless our family with her love and presence. Everything about the day was perfect - the theme, the food, and the decorations (which we’ll be using in Luke’s nursery!). So much intention and thoughtfulness was poured into every detail. Everyone longs to be seen, known, and loved. This baby shower gave that gift to me and my growing family. In fact, we were literally showered with a torrential downpour of love and gifts, and Grandma Ruth shared a poem that had me bawling my eyes out. In lieu of cards, we asked for storybooks, and not a single one was a repeat! To everyone who came, even from out of state, or sent kind words, prayers, cards, or thoughtful gifts, thank you. I felt deeply celebrated and supported. This baby is already so loved, and I’m holding onto that truth as we head into the final stretch before we meet him. Leaving the shower, I felt both full and a little sad it was over. It was a celebration, yes - but also a powerful reminder of how strong and generous the village around us truly is. We are blessed beyond measure by you all.

A break from my normal sourdough content-this past weekend was one of my besties bachelorette parties. There were 13 of us girls, and we all had to bring a thrifted funny shirt for the bar. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did 😂 ##FunnyVideo##BacheloretteParty##Funny Shirt##funnyshirtsayings##Bachelorettelde as##bachelorettepartyideas##bachpartywe ekend##bachparty

I get it, there are a lot of options out there when it comes to starting a home based business … aka, making an income from your phone 📲 So here are 5 of the many reasons why you want to link arms and run with us: 1. TIMING: — this company is barely 9years old = ground level! You might say it’s “saturated” but I have new for you … it’s your FEED that’s saturated. Go outside and ask 10 people if they’ve ever heard of it and I guarantee at least 7 say no 2. It’s a NECESSITY: — everyone washes their hair. Period. In times of budget cuts or even a global shutdown, people were still washing their hair. You’re not asking anyone to change anything they’re already doing … just to use something better 3. It’s CONSUMABLE: — when it runs out, they need more. And thats where your residual income comes in. 70% of the company’s revenue comes from our happy customers and their repeat purchases 4. No COMPETITION: — there isn’t a haircare brand that can do what we do, anti-aging and penetrate all 3 layers of your hair 😍 — there is no other haircare company in the direct sales space. There a million oil companies, skincare companies, fitness companies, but here you have no competition 5. the COMP PLAN: — our company pays 3-5% more than any other company out there. Our smart start program is not only the most lucrative, it’s actually ACHIEVABLE 🙌🏼 — it is a debt free company and they give back $0.50 on every single $1 they earn. In 2020, when the world was shut down, the company grew 112% and did over $800m in sales. That year they paid out over $400m in commissions 👏🏼👏🏼 I could honestly go on and on about the community, and the culture, and the car program and the trip incentives and the fact that you can start your own GLOBAL BUSINESS from your phone for as little as $199 🤯 But I’ll let you marinate on those top 5 … and now that I’ve answered why you should, you can ask yourself why you haven’t already 🚀 Comment or DM me BIZ to chat some more 💗 #moreelsrace #affiliatemarketing
