POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Pulled out some @talkingheadsofficial to give some love to an RI original last time we played @myrtle.rhodeisland

This song says more about the times we’re living through now than I had realized when I first heard it years ago, but maybe that’s just the unfortunate reality of where we find ourselves now.

Another perfect night at Myrtle.

We had a wicked good time at Myrtle’s 3 Year Anniversary show. It’s tough getting nine people together to play music, but every time we all hit that first big note on “Highway Miles” I can’t help but light up like fireworks.

I wasn’t a big fan of my voice deciding to go out around song 5 of a two-hour show 😅 It hasn’t done that in a long time, but thankfully it recovered somewhat by the time we got to the back end of the set. Despite that, it was an immensely fun show, and the band played their tails off all night. We are so grateful to Tommy, Natalie, and the whole Myrtle community for hanging with us and letting us play for you, it was a true honor to celebrate such a special place.

It’ll be a while until we get to see you all again. This band’s next show isn’t until Saturday, February 27, which will be for the release show for my next full album!

Until then, please keep listening to the songs online, subscribe to the newsletter so you can be alerted if any new shows pop up, and I look forward to seeing you soon 🙂

When the band is so big that you can’t all fit on the stage 😂

Getting this monster band back together at Myrtle on Saturday, September 19th, to help celebrate their 3rd anniversary.

Aside from being one of the best clubs in the state, Myrtle has done an incredible amount of work to support the local arts and music communities, and has come to feel like home for a lot of folks.

The whole band and I are honored that Tommy and Natalie wanted us to headline this show for them, and we plan on delivering the best show we’ve played all year.

Right now, this is our last scheduled show for the rest of the year. So if you’ve been wondering what this group of nine insanely ripping musicians sounds like playing on a tiny stage, then Sept. 19 at Myrtle will be your last chance for a while.

The show is 100% FREE to attend, but I’m positive the room is going to be packed, so be sure to get there well before our 9 p.m. if you want a chance at getting in.

Hope you come by and help us celebrate this incredible place and the community it has given a home!

Going to be back at it with this crew September 19th at @myrtle.rhodeisland to headline their third anniversary party.

We play from 9pm-11pm but there are killer acts all day long and it’s all free. The bar is sure to fill up quick so come by early, enjoy some great local music, and stay late with us.

If you want to stay up to date on where we’re playing, I send out a biweekly email with all my dates, new music, fun stories, and all sorts of stuff. Sign up at my website link in my bio or comment and I’ll message you a link!

How about that damn band though? 😮‍💨

Can’t wait to get back on stage with these fine folks. The next band show is September 19th, where we will be headlining the night for @myrtle.rhodeisland’s big Third Anniversary show.

According to research, once the club turns three, it will be able to use a fork, string items together like large beads or macaroni, and draw a circle when you show them how. Exciting times await!

If you want to keep up with where I’m playing, I have an email newsletter you can sign up for. I only send out about 2 emails a month, so it’s nothing crazy, but I also tell stories, share poetry, and send out free stuff from time to time. And it helps me out a ton to be able to contact you directly rather than try to swim through the sea of slop and shiny content on these apps.

Hope to see you on September 19!

As the World Cup comes to a close today, I'm reflecting on what Summer of Soccer meant for our state. It became a testament to what is possible when state and local government, nonprofits, businesses, and community organizations all come together around a shared vision. Together, we welcomed visitors from across the world while creating safe, exciting programming that brought people together and showcased the very best of Rhode Island.

A huge thank you to Liz Tanner and James Diossa for leading this statewide initiative, and to Kristen Adamo and the GoProvidence team for serving as the backbone that kept everything moving forward.

The City of Providence also deserves tremendous credit for creating an incredible PVD Fan Zone. It brought nonstop programming to the heart of downtown, giving residents and visitors a place to gather, celebrate, and experience the excitement of the World Cup together.

United Way mobilizing hundreds of volunteers throughout the tournament to welcome visitors, support Fan Zones, and assist with youth soccer tournaments was no small feat. It would not have been possible without the incredible leadership of Jenna Ramos and Stefanie Calliri. Thank you both for everything you did to make it happen!

Summer of Soccer showed what's possible when Rhode Island works together. Proud to have played a small role in an effort that brought so much energy, connection, and unity to our state. ⚽❤️🙏

A couple more arms and I’ll be set 😂

What an incredible night at @iscococktailbar on Saturday. There’s not a lot that can describe a warm summer night of great drinks and even better music with good friends. Grateful to be one amongst a stage full of amazing musicians.

Thanks so much to ISCO for always being such great hosts, for letting us play our music our way, and for being a true gem in Providence. Can’t wait until next time!

The band will be back on September 19th at @myrtle.rhodeisland for their Third Anniversary celebration. We hope to see you then!
