POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I’ve been trying to find the words for what today felt like, not as a coach, but as a woman.

A sensitive, intuitive, deeply feeling, nurturing, heart-led woman.

And as I put this reel together, I cried.

Because yes, I may have been a coach today, but before anything else, I am a woman.

And today, I needed women.

I needed to be surrounded by loving, caring, nurturing, intuitive, strong, powerful women. Women who understand without needing an explanation. Women who hold space. Women who lift each other up. Women who remind each other of the strength we sometimes forget we carry.

Today was about connection. Sisterhood. Vulnerability. Feminine energy. Strength. Love.

And damn… I feel like a woman.

Not just a coach.
Not just a leader.
Not just someone holding space for others.

A woman. Fully. Deeply. Powerfully.

And today, that was exactly where I needed to be. ❤️

Got some red dirt on my bike a couple weeks ago. Had a fantastic few days of riding with these rad chicks and managed to avoid the snow, snakes and cactus! 🤩😍 Big smiles and big fun!
