After four unforgettable years, it’s so hard to believe that my club softball journey has come to an end. What started as a reason to keep playing quickly became one of the biggest parts of my life, shaping me into the person and player I am today.

The countless hours spent at practices, early morning tournaments, long weekends traveling, late-night hotel stays, laughs in hotel rooms/lobbys, and the friendships I made along the way are memories I will cherish forever.

Club softball taught me so much more than how to play the game—it taught me discipline, resilience, teamwork, confidence, and how to keep pushing even when things didn’t go my way. There were moments of excitement after big wins, season-ending losses that brought tears, and challenges that made me stronger than I ever imagined.

It’s heartbreaking to know that I’ll never again put on my club jersey, warm up with my teammates before a tournament, or experience another softball weekend with my bestfriends.

Here are a few of my favorite memories from each season:
Magic 14u Gold💜: Winning Fall State and Summer State, parent section every game, Tom bringing us gummy worms every week, hitting my first homerun, and winning 6 games in one day to not end our season.
Magic 16u Gold💜: Hitting a grand slam in a 11 pitch at bat, Lili and I’s story times, 3rd Place at State with Anton there, and getting closer with Gracie.
Dynamite 16u❤️🩵: Playing with my best friends Maddie and Bailey, Myrtle Beach, our inside jokes, and John being the first to recognize my success.
Boom 16🖤🤍: 2 homeruns in one game, triple play, BB4BJ, Colorado, pitching against speed hall, Haunted Maze in Des Moines, getting closer with jane, placing top 6 in NAFA

Although I’m incredibly grateful for everything club softball gave me, saying goodbye is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. This game gave me lifelong friendships, unforgettable memories, and experiences I’ll cherish forever. Club softball will always hold a special place in my heart. Thank you for the best four years. #56 out 💜❤️🩵🖤🤍
