Hopped off the plane at LAX with a dream anddddd attended the first ever @wellahair brand trip! From a private dinner at Nobu, going to the Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel, shopping on Rodeo Drive, seeing the Hollywood sign, officially checked visiting the Wella Studio and attending a class off my bucket list!!! Getting to meet and spend time with some of the most talented people in the hair industry… I cant even put into words how grateful i am to have spent this weekend with such amazing girls and all the amazing memories we made together I think the coolest part of this entire trip was realizing how many doors this industry can open for you. I went from being a girl who just really loved wella, to getting flown across the country by a brand I’ve believed in since the beginning #thisisyoursign #changelikeapro #wellapassionistausa huge thank you to @pamelarhett @lizzie.fee @carriemorrisxo for the experience of a life time, every little detail that went into this trip was perfect🥺

I didn’t just change to a new color brand in 2019. I chose to invest in myself. That year, I immersed myself in Wella Professionals and took on the six-month Wella Color Expert program. It was rigorous. Chemistry, technique, formulation, product technology… it challenged me to understand not just WHAT I was doing behind the chair, but WHY. And that education changed the trajectory of my career. Color Expert became Salon Leader. Salon Leader became suite owner. Suite owner became salon owner. 🤘🏼 My confidence grew. My business grew. My opportunities grew. And somewhere along the way, my idea of what was possible for my career grew too. I’m proud to present my clients with the best color and styling products while educating them along the way.
