The more time that passes being in @eoasandiego, the more I appreciate the people, the relationships, and the experiences that this organization provides.

Our 2026 EOA Retreat was an absolute blast - I can’t wait for what this incoming year brings! 🍾🎉

A moment for our speakers. ✦

This night wouldn’t have been what it was without the four founders who showed up fully — no filter, no performance, just the truth.

The real ones. The raw ones. The ones who’ve built something, lost something, and kept going anyway.

Their honesty made the room feel seen. Their conviction reminded us why we do this. Their wins and their losses — all of it — proved that everything is a lesson worth learning.

Thank you for sharing yours with us. For gracing us with your wisdom, your stories, and your hearts at the very first Founders Edit.

We are so grateful for you 🤍

53 people walked into a room in La Jolla on a Wednesday night.

And something shifted.

No pitches. No highlight reels. Just founders telling the truth — about the moments they almost quit, what they got wrong, and why they kept going anyway.

The Founders Edit wasn’t just an event. It was proof that San Diego is hungry for something real. For rooms that go deeper. For conversations that actually matter.

We felt every single person in that room. And with all the great feedback, we decided we’re not done.

✦ June 24th. Save the date. The next Power Circle is coming.
If you were there — thank you for showing up fully. You made it what it was.

To our panelists, massive thank you. To our partners, we are so grateful for you.
If you weren’t — we hope you join us at the next one.
