Still not enough, but proof that international negotiations can work, if we just give diplomacy a chance. Check out the full conversation on "A Fighting Chance" wherever you get your podcasts.

We humans often go to nature as a form of therapy. But what if that's the wrong approach? What if the best way to approach nature is to de-center ourselves and to appreciate trees, plants, and forests for their sheer ingenuity? On the new podcast "A Fighting Chance", Anna Loi and Paco Calvo talk about how we can address climate change and store more carbon by treating trees as intelligent partners with their own needs and their own interests. Available wherever you get your podcasts.

Why do fossil fuel companies keep lying about climate change even as solar and wind get cheaper? Hank breaks down the business model behind the disinformation: coal and oil profit from repeat sales, while solar panels are a one-time purchase. We celebrated 6 months at ARC!

What an exciting ride. Our growing community has been loving, filled with boundless creativity, and a craving to come to class and be messy, wild, and free.

We’ve celebrated so many awesome wins together. New agent and manager signings, shooting movies, booking tv shows, non-stop commercial auditions, and Christmas arriving early in Austin for a fun commercial shoot.

Most importantly, we celebrate huge breakthroughs together each week. Sometimes the breakthroughs come easy, like a swift moment of magic. Other times it requires five, six, seven, ten takes to finally get to where we want to go. And we’re here together through all of it.

ARC Actors Studio is exactly what we hoped it would be, a place without egos. A place of warmth. A place of support where you can get on stage and know that you can work through the struggles and have a captive audience that is rooting for your success.

There’s so much more to come! Please look out for announcements for our first showcase, an intensive in London, and more classes added to the schedule, including ones for kids and teens.

Curious about what we’re doing? Email us and come audit a class. We’d love so much to have you.

Wishing everyone a restful and creative weekend!

With love,
ARC Actors Studio

It’s here! We’re doing a weekend acting intensive that will knock the socks right off your feet.

Two days. Real work. Immediate results.

This intensive drops you straight into the ARC training process — no ramp-up, no filler. Over two full days you’ll move through warm-ups, exercises, improv, and scene work with the kind of focused attention that a weekly class takes months to replicate. Whether you’re a series regular keeping your instrument sharp, a college student home for the summer looking for something more rigorous than your program offered, or someone who’s been meaning to get back into a room — this is the fastest way in. All levels welcome.

Class participants capped at 10 students.

Taught by Jonathan Kehoe. @jonathankehoe

July 18+19
11am-5pm
Tuition: $450
