‼️ ADULT FUNDAMENTALS BJJ OPPORTUNITIES ‼️

Mon/Weds 6-7pm (with Professor @david_nwma & some awesome coaches - Christian, Andrew & Erica)
Tues/Thurs 6-7am (with me!)
Saturday Women’s Only 6-7pm (with @jennholmberg)

I cannot stress enough how much I have truly enjoyed my coaching experience at @nwmacoosbay so far. I have been so lucky in having some pretty damn awesome athletes (who are pretty damn wonderful people as well) that have been coming consistently & working their asses off learning this art & enjoying their bjj journeys. This is a sport that has truly transformed me & my life & I could not be more grateful — I truly believe it can do the same for SO many others. I encourage you to step outside your comfort zone & come join us. Check out @nwmacoosbay for more info. Hope to see you on the mats!

PS - I love coaching & bjj, but I do NOT love awkwardly talking on camera. I just kinda suck at it lol. Enjoy the bloopers at the end!

I was lucky to be on a podcast with @dear_boss_ladies talking about how I manage to do all the things. I hope there are some gems in here that can help you in business and in life! Best part of this was doing a pod with my gals @jennholmberg and @ericaguilliot who always have my back and are both very pivotal in my business and personal life!

She is always taking care of Finn and says “he is such a cutie”.
