Good Morning from Cape Town. Or should I say Goeie More, in Afrikaans since this city is one of the most Afrikaans in the country.

This photo was taken at Moyo, a restaurant in Kirstenbosch Gardens, where they paint your face Xhosa style, while you wait for your meal.

This lady did a wonderful job, don’t you think?

I used to paint black and white Mary Quant daisies on my cheekbones in the sixties.

How wonderful to catch up with my dear friend @jenni4makeup ! We got to know each other well when we were both chasing our dreams and ambitions in Los Angeles - me as an actress and she as a makeup artist. For various reasons my life changed direction but she stuck it out in Los Angeles. She reached for the stars and works with some of the most famous actors in the world. And I am so very proud of her.
