First trip back to Seattle in a few years and we definitely made it count! Getting touristy around downtown in the rain, hitting up a Husky game (good times, even though they lost), wine tasting in Woodinville, checking out Snoqualmie Falls, and closing it out with my 35th high school reunion, seeing a bunch of old friends that I haven’t seen in way too long!

The thing about fear is that it is your true compass, your North Star, the only thing you can fall on to propel you forward. Harness fear, lean into fear and turn it into your power. In physics, the definition of power is a force applied across a distance over time. Your power is action applied over time. Keep pushing/leaning/falling on your fears over time and you will reach your ultimate destiny. (I like falling because it feels like you are being pushed into a black hole, maybe that’s what they are, fear). Embrace uncertainty and use it to free your mind of overthinking (let go). There is no such thing as a wrong decision as long as you make them with love and give it your all. God has a thing for giving you many chances. There is no such thing as being a failure. You’re only a failure if you give up and even giving up some things is ok.
So if this was my last day on earth I would just want YOU to know that every soul on this planet was put on earth for a purpose. I would thank everyone who has touched a part of my life, I wouldn’t be where I am without you. You can do anything you set your mind to, especially in this world of abundance we live in. YOU HAVE A CHOICE and it lies in the present moment. YOU CAN CHANGE THE SYSTEM. Now it’s time to uplift as many people on earth that we can. There are billions of humans and billions more living organisms that need your help. We are responsible for their well being. Don’t judge one another, find everyone’s light. That’s the ultimate mission. How can we find a way to allow everyone and everything to prosper? (2/3)

Camped where the water meets the red rocks, surrounded by good friends, endless views, and our adventure pup. 🏕️☀️🐾

Lake days, campfire nights, and memories we'll be talking about for years. Shadow approved every minute of it. 💦

Lucky enough to spend 2 of the last 3 weekends in Park City. Wasn’t as lucky with the snow, but made out like a bandit in terms of the company!

Here’s my thesis:
Y’all think humanity has made it? You think we have peaked? We have only just begun and we are always beginning. Humans have mastered mechanics. Now it’s time to master biology, the mind, and how we govern ourselves as a collective superorganism. One solution that I believe will be impactful is to design and build edible gardens for people and teach them the art of growing food. Everyone needs to reconnect with MOTHER NATURE, the BUILT ENVIRONMENT and the PEOPLE that are close to home. We are losing touch with reality and the enlightenment that comes from getting to know our neighbor and the ground we stand upon. We rely on a fragile and ever increasingly complex system. We need to build more resilience not just in infrastructure but in our minds. We are too comfortable. Don’t sleep on me and don’t sleep on the person next to you. If you’re interested in learning more or collaborating, let’s chat, I can’t do this alone. We will build TRUE sustainable abundance. Everyone can grow ◈◈◈ @biosis_ag (3/3)

Day of birth today so I can be selfish ;)

Just wanted to say I am so beyond blessed for the life that has been bestowed upon me. 25 years around the sun and I’m starting to finally love myself. It wasn’t easy and it requires sacrifice. It’s uncomfortable leaving familiarity, to leave people you love, to sit alone with your thoughts. For how long, well, that’s up to God to decide. That uncomfortability may last longer than you’d like but it’ll be worth it in the end.

When you separate from the pack, you start to explore your true self. The self that God put you on this earth to be. You start to recognize patterns. You’ll begin to notice what things gravitate to you. But you have to be sensitive to your surroundings and be open to the experience lived in the present moment. God places clues for you in the form of people, artifacts, and synchronous moments. It’s in those moments where the joy of life can be experienced and appreciated. (1/3)
