From the French phrase tout ce qui reste, “everything that’s left, or everything that there is”, Touski is the new brainchild of @linacaschetto (chef-owner of @sayheycafe) that combines a daytime coffee-and-pastry spot and evening wine bar concept. Joined by co-chef @neilhillbrandt, the menu is rooted in French and British classics while shifting with what’s on hand.

Daytime brings espresso from @moduscoffee alongside an in-house pastry program that bypasses the typical croissants for things like a white rabbit coconut bun and Xinjiang lamb sausage roll. By evening, lights dim and tables are laid, with Jordan Westre running the floor, a focused wine list from @juiceimports, and a martini program.

The space, designed by @calenknauf, is warm and unfussy: soft yellow walls, pale green tabletops, reclaimed-wood shelving, dark green tile, a turntable in the corner. The kind of room that knows what it is, and welcomes you in.
