Beautiful brunch at @theaudreyrestaurant Post Oak. Amazing service, a delcious mocktail, and the decor was beautiful down to every detail. It is always a blessing to catch up with the girls, share praise reports, and enjoy good food with good people.🤍

How many times do I see women stay in relationships or friendships or even circles that are not meant for them. Jesus said, “And if the house is worthy, let your peace come upon it, but if it is not worthy, let your peace return to you. And if anyone will not receive you or listen to your words, shake off the dust from your feet when you leave that house or town.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭10‬:‭13‬-‭14‬ ‭ESV‬‬

Your peace matters. Go where you are wanted, where you will be heard. Speak the gospel, but if you are not wanted LEAVE, dust you feet, and let God take care of the rest. We aren’t here to save people, that’s Jesus’s job. We are hear to spread the truth to anyone that will listen, but you can’t save someone who doesn’t want to be saved. Pray for them, love them, forgive them, and trust in God’s plan for them. You are not the Savior, JESUS IS. 💛✝️

Feeling the love after my 40th birthday celebration @thegreenroom_houston 🍃 with my Houston girlfriends @brookelmcdonald @allthingsmely @honestlyalysha @jennimetz 🎂

This intimate restaurant in The Heights seats only 26 people, giving it a feeling of exclusivity. It was the perfect spot to ring in year 40. We ordered so many delicious items that were great for sharing. Plus the cocktails and conversation were a 10/10!

My recommendations are below 👇🏻

🦪Plateau de Mer
🍞 Cast Iron Parkerhouse Rolls
🥗Chicory Salad
🍚 Risotto Ala Plancha
🦆Dry Aged Duck
🍰 Profiteroles

Looking for proactive healthcare in Houston? I recently visited @ways2well , a wellness clinic focused on personalized health, preventative care, and helping patients take control of their long term well being.

I got the Myers Cocktail which is an IV made up of
B-Complex, B12, Magnesium, Vitamin C, Zinc. It helps with boosting immunity and helping anxiety.

If you are wondering why IVs are better for you it’s because they provide rapid hydration, direct vitamin absorption, and support for energy and recovery.

@ways2well offers a happy hour every Wednesday from 2-5pm and all IV’s are 50% off (excludes NAD).

Please note!!! Mine was done on my hand because my veins are very temperamental, kind of like me😜

It’s officially swimsuit season so I headed to @tbahama located @shopatmarketstreet to get ready for summer. ☀️They carry a ton of chic swimwear and cover-up options to take me from poolside to dinner. A vacation look is not complete without a pair of @mauijim sunglasses, so I picked out a pair while I was there too. 😎

After all the fun we had shopping, we had to head to over to Tommy Bahama Restaurant for some tropical cocktails and dinner. I had to get my favorite meal, the Filet Mignon Salad. It is SO good! Plus, the live music is always a treat! 🏝️
