The future of business isn’t bigger. It’s more HUMAN. 💜

These photos represent something I believe is becoming more valuable than ever.

REAL relationships. REAL conversations. REAL human connection.

For years, women entrepreneurs have been told to build bigger audiences, automate everything, scale faster, and build empires.

And now AI promises to do it all with fewer humans.

But here’s what I believe…

The more artificial our world becomes, the more valuable REAL becomes.

Being in a room with other women. Sharing ideas. Supporting each other’s dreams. Building relationships that go far beyond a transaction.

THAT is something technology can’t replicate.

And it’s why I believe boutique businesses aren’t just an alternative to the traditional online business empire.

They’re where the market is heading.

Because the future won’t necessarily belong to those creating the most content or reaching the most people.

It may belong to those creating the most TRUST.

This is what The Boutique CEO™ movement is about.

Women building wealth, impact, and freedom through relationships, not just algorithms.

A boutique business isn’t a smaller version of success. It’s a DIFFERENT version of success.

Build Better, Not Bigger.™

💜 Who else believes we need MORE human connection, not less?

Which hustle is yours? Stress, scarcity or trauma?

Yesterday we held our first Expert Deep Dive inside The Next Chapter™. The incredible @jennieraeoates joined us all the way from Nashville 🤠

She dropped gold every minute. I couldn’t write fast enough.✍️

Here’s some of what she shared:

✨ Hustle is not the problem. What’s driving it is.
✨ Feminine hustle has three types sitting inside it: stress hustle, scarcity hustle and trauma hustle.
✨ Trauma hustle doesn’t always look like trauma. It’s often disguised as ambition.
✨ Most of it runs on internal operating systems we learned at an early age.
✨ The shift is out of pushing and performing and into flow.

➡️ My biggest takeaway? Ask yourself one question. What is it costing you?

You can have a big life without abandoning yourself ⭐️👏

Jenni Rae, thank you. You’re amazing ⭐️ The women walked away with breakthroughs 🙌

This is the calibre of expert I bring into The Next Chapter™. Fast and furious. No wasted years. You get the results you need so you can move forward and succeed🔑

Tell me in the comments. Which hustle do you run on? 👇

I couldn't have said it better myself.

@jenniraeoates said "Your business is like a business baby. It mirrors you. Every glass ceiling and every money block is the limit of the identity you built your business from up until that moment. And it is simply inviting you into another version of yourself."

Jenni Rae Oates, mental performance coach and creator of the Success iOS, this week on the Manifest, Manage and Multiply Money podcast.

Have you ever done everything right and still felt stuck?

This week I sat down with @jenniraeoates, mental performance coach and creator of the Success iOS, and she said something that stopped me cold.

Your business is like a baby. It mirrors you. Every glass ceiling, every money block, every moment of feeling stuck is not a sign that something is wrong. It is the limit of the identity you built your business from up until that moment. And it is simply inviting you into another version of yourself.

She also shared her own deeply personal money story. One I was not expecting. And her answer to my financial phobia question might be one of the most honest I have heard on this podcast yet.

This one is going to make you think.

Have you ever felt stuck no matter how hard you work? Drop it below. 💫

Packing for my fifth consecutive dōTERRA convention and doing a little reflecting.

I really, really love what I do. 🥹

The pictures from convention always show the fun, and trust me, we have fun. But what I probably don’t talk about enough is how much I learn in these rooms.

I’ve spent the last 8+ years studying and educating others on the clinical use of essential oils and whole-body wellness. Convention is one of the places where I get to learn from some of the top researchers, scientists and healthcare professionals in the industry.

I go home better at what I do.
And I’m so grateful for that.

Eight years ago when I started this business, I wasn’t just looking for another way to make money… (I can make money a lot of ways)

I was looking to build an income that gave me more control over my time and my life, without losing myself in the process.

I wanted to contribute to my household and do work that felt aligned with who I am.

And this does.

💫 I help people take better care of themselves.

💫 I help women create income.

💫 I get to teach, connect and build community.

And while I’m helping other people build lives they love,
I’m building mine too.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s not always easy. I’ve had highs, lows, wins and losses.

It requires patience and resilience.
It requires tenacity and grit.

But I’ve never needed my work to be easy.
I need it to mean something.
And this does.

So yeah… I really, really love what I do. 🥹🙏🏽

dōTERRA fam, I’m packing my bags!

If you’re headed to Orlando too, drop a comment because I need to know who I’m hugging when I get there. 🖤

The youngest woman in the @champagneclub.co was 19 when she joined 🥹

I’ve had the pleasure of working with four mother-daughter duos over the course of my career

And every time…

it makes me think, “My goodness, how amazing to have access to this kind of work so young.”

It’s so special when a mother trusts me with her daughter 🤍

Premier Speakers Bureau. Premier people. Premier night.

If you are serious about your craft you have to be serious about your rooms. Tonight was a reminder of exactly that.

Catching up with old friends and connecting with new ones at an event that brought together some of the most talented and driven professionals I know.

Special thanks to Darryll and Brittany Stinson for curating such an exceptional group of people in one room.

A little evidence of a summer very well lived🤍

New things beginning, other chapters closing, a lot of time with people I love + some really exciting things taking shape behind the scenes.

Grateful feels like the right word for this one.

So glad I decided to take this opportunity for camp and learn and meet new people. Taught me so much about the sport and will further my career greatly. Got to surprise family and friends after too by coming home 2 days early. Gods plan is the best.
