POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Earlier in the year, we had a bunch of retreats, workshops and events lined up for August, all to be hosted in our inner-city ashram 🪔 As fate would have it, lockdown had other plans for us 🥲

One of these collaborations was with our friends at @midnightearthembodiment — a powerful collective offering a range of beautiful gifts and services.

Here's a quick introduction to their team ❣️

🌗 Liv Kali
Founder Midnight Earth
Holistic Embodiment and Somatic Practitioner
@midnightearthembodiment

Liv Kali is formally qualified in Reiki, NLP & Life coaching, Kundalini Dance, and Kundalini Tantra Yoga and is currently studying Transpersonal Counselling and NeuroAffective Touch Somatic Therapy.

In her sessions, Liv supports her clients to ground their bodies through Reiki and Embodiment, and to connect to their own deep spiritual and intuitive wisdom through guided meditation and coaching, so that they can live from a place of empowerment.

🌀 Jenn Poon
Reiki Practitioner
@jennnpoon

Jenn holds a deep innate knowing that in order to live a meaningful life she had to contribute to the wellbeing and quality of life of others.

She is an Emergency RN through which she has witnessed and worked with multitude of medical emergencies, deaths and chronic diseases. It is this experience that catalysed her to learn and develop skills in the areas of the healing arts, energy, emotion and nutrition. She is a Reiki Practitioner and is currently studying a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy.

🌞 Emma Wilkinson
Bodywork Practitioner
@em.bodiedawakening

Emma is bodywork practitioner and embodiment facilitator. She is trained in Zen Thai Shiatsu, Thai massage and Reiki and is a current student of Kinesiology.

Emma’s practice is a respectful fusion of traditional healing systems from the East, weaving together her love of physical touch with knowledge of energetic principles led by her intuitive guidance.

Academy Of Transcendence is always keen to support and collaborate with other holistic healing practitioners.

If you'd like to connect, please feel to reach out — we love growing this community ☺️🌱🌐

Binding Intention. ✺

Tune into yourself - Do you live with intent?

To live with intent is to embody an authentic living expression of Self. A journey, self-facilitated with no intermediaries, anchored by the value pillars inherent within. Choices, unique to yourself & perhaps unorthodox, in your hands to act with meaning. Action to move out of the familiar, into the unknown. Staying grounded to what is alive for you.

Witness and surrender to the process of unveiling the layers that cover the true essence of who you are. Embrace a deeply integrated emotional process; it will bring forth the discovery of your highest values. Learn practices that support the emergence of the new. Enter the cauldron with intention and awareness, keeping the thread connected while diving deeply into the space in between.

Initiate a creative active container to enfold, explore, experiment, sense and grow. Weeding out attachments. Reflecting to integrate. Embodying one step at a time, with gentleness and care, to empower yourself and become the full expression of who you truly are.

Our life force is embedded in the power of intention. ✺

Touch Is The Mother Of The Senses

Intentional touch can be deeply healing and change the way your nervous system responds to what's happening around you.

Exploring self touch is an opportunity to look at what each part of you needs and can support the body and mind to strengthen or in many cases open collaborative communication.

Through touch, it's possible to learn a deep listening to the nervous system and speak it's language.

Your touch is the gateway to express connection, protection, care and safety.

If you are just beginning to explore your own self touch practice (this is different than self pleasure) you will begin to see the connection or disconnection between your mind and body.

The exploration of touch may be overwhelming.

Be slow.

In fact the first step may be simply opening a dialogue with your mind body to began understanding what your relationship to touch is and how you feel connected or disconnected to yourself.

If you would like support with exploring practices to connect to self and balance the body and mind I have just opened bookings to take on Holistic Coaching clients for 12 week journeys. There are 4 places available.

Complete the expression of interest form in the bio and I will connect with you as soon as I can.

Big Love
xxx Liv
