Peru retreat scrapbook (2/2) 🫶🏼✨🌎

The inward, real, and raw moments from our retreat. I’m still searching for the words to share and describe what was felt in these moments. To be honest I don’t know if I can. I’m just grateful for these pictures that bring me right back into the immense emotions and overall gratitude for these women, Peru & its teachings, and myself. Life is fucking beautiful and wild.

Sit in connection with people. Share what’s on your heart. Travel. Create more rituals. And let Mother Earth be your teacher.

Peru retreat scrapbook (1/2)🚞⛰️😍

Our retreat was the perfect mix of yin & yang energy. Outward + inward discovery.
On our adventurous days we explored Inca archaeological sites, danced & laughed with an indigenous community who welcomed us into their home, got our breath taken away by Machu Picchu, sprinted to catch our train, hiked to a waterfall, and saw insane views of salt mines.

These days filled my adventurous heart and I hold so many special memories with these women! 🫶🏼 love u

Peru album has arrived and we are obsessed! 🤩

We are so grateful our lifelong friend, @lexitruesdalephotos, could share not only her amazing photography talents, but also her soft heart and zesty vibe at our retreat.

A successful wedding photographer, honoring her wellbeing and taking time to rejuvinate with us. It is really important for us to have someone that is fully part of the group and makes everyone feel seen, special, and worthy of capturing the real and raw moments. 🥹

From Bali to Peru, we have loved merging our passions and excited to see the next place our worlds come together 🌍

Wonder of the world 🌍✨

There are some experiences that can’t be summed up in words.. only felt in the quiet moments, in the sacred spaces, in the way your soul exhales.

Returning to another Worlds Together retreat felt like coming home to a deeper part of myself. I wasn’t nervous, because I knew it would be different… and it was. Gentle. Transformative. Rooted in reverence.

We gathered from all over the world, women with wildly different stories, yet somehow speaking the same soul language. We slowed down. We honored our rhythms, our hormones, our cycles, our stories. We gave thanks to Pachamama and soaked in the vibrant beauty of Peru through the land, the people, the rituals, and the stillness.

What Jaden and Caroline create in these retreats is beyond yoga. It’s intuitive, sacred, and full of heart. I’m endlessly grateful for this journey and for every woman in attendance. Grateful for every step it’s helped me take inward and for all that I’m continuing to create from that space.

i’m home from the sacred valley in Peru taking time to rest and digest my trip. i can’t wait to share in more detail all the magic, shedding, and emotion that came along with this past week. for now, i’m going by to enjoy my own bed, snuggle my tebow and daisy and give my jake lots of kisses (this time irl)!

thank you to @worlds.together for being life changing women in my life. and thank you to my pachamamitas for holding the most beautiful space this past week. i miss each of you so much already!
