Excited to have won this @daniellelaporte 2018 planner from @jennyxenos. I found Jenny from a card she had out at @blenzcoffee in Yaletown. She seems to show up right when I need guidance. I attended her #desiremapworkshop last year, and she guided me as I opened up new parts of my self-love journey.
I’ve already been using this planner as journal/meditation prompts. It’s packed full of questions and prompts to make this the best life imaginable.... after all, this life isn’t a test run. .

The new @daniellelaporte planners are out and I'm totally manifesting one for my life. 🙏🏻 I've let life and a busy calendar direct me lately and it's time let my soul lead again. If I'm looking at my day, I should be looking at my intentions.

"My soul. My beloved. My power." -Jenny
.
At the 2017 #WNORTH Conference, we asked each attendee a simple question: "What is your greatest source of power?" and this was Jenny's powerful answer.

I have an equation. My equation is clarity = focus = action. Whenever I feel like things aren't on track or that I'm not as productive as I could be...I turn to this! You know, when your brain starts to get foggy. Things feel like 'meh' or 'blah'. Yuck. Hate that!
Well, I've learned that in those times all I am missing is clarity. Clarity on my goals. I'll ask myself " if it's not working now, exactly what would it look like if it was?" While I'm here, I'll go to town though "In an ideal world, how would things be?"BAM - Clarity! Then as soon as I have clarity, I have a focus and a direction, and from there stems clearly defined actions. Ahhh simple.

I'm stealing a Danielle LaPorte #truthbomb for this post, which seems fitting because I use this equation during my coaching sessions all the time!
