AfterGlo was more than an event, it was the kind of night that reminds you why you chose Life Time. Fridley members joined us for an evening of movement and social connection powered by the energy of our community! The blended 75-minute class consisted of Mat Fusion with @jenrickert23, Warrior Sculpt with @trails_and_tris, and Surrender with @dleighton923. This event was fully supported by our Studio Lead @mbelicerio & our amazing club leaders. Thank you all for joining us! #ltemployee #loveyourlife #afterglo #lifetime #lifetimefridley

Had the best day celebrating @eahuckins 🧜‍♀️ I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate our mermaid than cruising on Tonka 🐚 I love you to the moon and back bug 🩵🩵🩵

We rented an electric boat that Elizabeth was able to captain! It was literally so easy! Check out @electric.shores

SNOOPS HOLIDAY HALFTIME PARTY!!🎄
Getting the opportunity to dance in this show has truly been the experience of a lifetime. I’m so incredibly grateful to have worked with such an amazing, kind, and talented group of people who made this holiday away from home feel like family. This opportunity and these people truly are everything I could have ever asked for Christmas! Merry Snoopmas from the Snoopettes! ♥️♥️ @netflix @snoopdogg
