POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

one month into living on my own in Orlando, and my birthday was this week. first post in over two years, so here’s what’s been going on:

• became a Disney annual passholder and made 32 park visits in my first 30 days. found my people in the Florida Park Hoppers (FPH) community and celebrated my birthday with them!
• in May, my five-year relationship came to an end
• finally back in a wetsuit yesterday to swim with dolphins
• still a proud cat dad to Thor, Calliope, and Jordan. got to visit them in South Florida last month
• hit my 50th [solidcore] class (up to 67 now), keeping a 43-week streak alive across multiple states (at one point, that meant a five-hour round trip for a single class 😅)
• spent about a month with family in Tennessee before the Orlando move; lots of card games with my parents and some great quality time with my siblings and their partners
• we said goodbye to our family dog, Poké, a few months ago
• top-floor patio over the pool and lake, in the water most mornings before work, and hoping to get back to scuba soon
• got back out with the @rundelray crew on a visit last month
• I really enjoy the people I get to work with, and remote work is what made this move possible
• brought the guitar, piano, and ukulele to Orlando; looking for people to jam with!

feeling incredibly grateful for everyone who’s been part of this chapter and very excited for this new life I’m building 🫶

He loved us so well, and I can only hope he knew how much we loved him.

No cat deserves to pass this young and out of the blue. We will never have another one like you my perfect Moose Goose. Squeeze treats and worm toys for eternity.
