Happy National Coaches Day! ❤️🏐

Coaching is so much more than teaching a game.

It’s believing in people before they believe in themselves.
It’s challenging them, supporting them, holding them accountable, and creating a space where they can grow.

It’s knowing when to push, when to listen, when to lead, and sometimes when to simply get out of the way and let them shine.

I’m grateful for every coach who poured into me, every athlete who has trusted me, and every coach I’ve had the privilege of learning and working alongside.

And to the women coaching, leading, speaking up, taking up space, and opening doors for the women coming behind us KEEP GOING!

Be authentic. Be bold. Trust what you know. Keep learning. Keep advocating. And never underestimate the impact of being the coach you once needed.

The wins are special. The relationships and the people we help develop are the legacy.
