What a brilliant week it was well needed and cleared my head , trade wars 2026 what can I say Apart from it's one of the best events of the year better than any trade show or festival, brilliant group of ppl , on battlefield it's just carnage but once mask is off everyone just gets on and proper chilled and proves plumbers and sparks can get one ,
Just want to thank team sparky( Pink team ) brilliant effort and love you all,

A week in this life 💛

This one has really got to me.

Hard.

Hearing that another tradesman who works on the same site as me has taken his own life has hit me harder than I expected.

Those of you who follow me will know that mental health is something I'm passionate about and a subject that's very close to my heart.

It keeps making me think about all the conversations that never happened. All the people who looked okay on the surface but were fighting battles nobody knew about.

Someone can be turning up to work every day, having a laugh with the lads, getting on with life, and still be struggling more than anyone realises.

I don't have any big message or solution today.

But I do have a question.

Why do you think so many men struggle to open up when they're going through a difficult time?

No right or wrong answers.

One word, one sentence, or your own experience.

I'd genuinely like to hear your thoughts and start a conversation around it.

Sick to death...

of the stigma around taking medication for mental health and the whispers around it.

If you need medication and it helps give you clarity, balance, or just helps you function better day-to-day… crack on. No shame. No guilt. No whispers behind closed doors.

We wouldn’t shame someone for taking medication for their heart, blood pressure, or pain relief — so why do we still do it when it comes to the mind?

Sometimes therapy helps. Sometimes talking helps. Sometimes medication helps. Sometimes it’s all three.

Some of the strongest, motivated and centred people I know take medication to smooth the synapses.

The goal is simple: healthier minds, better lives, and men actually functioning at their best instead of suffering in silence trying to “tough it out.”

Time to drop the stigma and support people properly. 👊

Episode 2 - a week in the life ✨

A week in the life of a designer on Inteiror Design Masters. This one was bloody tough. @peckfortoncastle a building with no lifts and rooms on 6 floors and above. Oh and also redecorating rooms around a wedding where we couldn’t use part of the building! It was rough. But what fun we had. From sweating are asses off to hanging out with owls on our lunch break it was an absolute ride.

Then of course the big slog back to Brighton was rough but we of course laughed on the way!

So so grateful for all the kind comments and all the love on my book wall. I love hearing all of you saying that you want to recreate it at home! It makes my heart so happy! I’m proud of me for this one 🥹❤️ Of course I couldn’t have done it without the incredible help of the trades with a special shoutout to @woodguys_onsea and @jenthedecorator , thanks for believing in me and all my crazy ideas!
