Thank you to everyone who came out to our first Pancakes + Play at Woody’s Diner! 🥞

One of the biggest takeaways for me wasn’t the pancakes or the activities—it was the conversations with other moms.

As a mom myself, I know how intimidating it can feel to take a toddler to a restaurant. You’re worried they’ll make a mess, have a meltdown, or that everyone is watching. Hearing how many other moms feel the exact same way reminded me we’re definitely not alone.

That’s exactly why I want to keep creating events like this. A place where kids can be kids, parents can relax a little, and maybe even leave with a new mom friend.

If you’d be interested in more family-friendly meetups around Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, or Huntington Beach, I’d love to hear what you’d want to see next.

If you’re doing a Toy Story birthday, don’t skip the Pizza Planet setup. 🍕

It’s such a fun part of the theme and an easy way to bring the whole party together.

Toy Story 5 has me thinking about one of the best birthday themes. 🚀

Sharing a little Toy Story party inspiration for anyone planning a “Two Infinity & Beyond” birthday. Bright colors, fun details, and a theme that never gets old.

Adding a little whimsy to our morning ☕️✨

Spent the morning at Lido Marina Village with The Mom Walk Collective and BLSSD making custom charm chains, sipping sprinkle-topped lattes, and letting the kids enjoy all the activities while we waited.

The perfect Wednesday morning 🌊

I’ve spent more time thinking about this project than it actually took to finish it.

Worth it.
