This project started with material research. Denpasar Home uses mixed local materials, explored through their functional role, construction logic and environmental response. Understanding how materials work allowed the design to grow realistically bridging concept and execution. When materials are respected, architecture becomes less about form and more about making place possible. Faraj Achmad Denpasar, Bali Construction : @jep.group

This project is more than a building, it’s a future home for a lovely family with two kids. We started by deeply understanding how they live, grow, and spend time together, then translated those needs into a design that can truly be realized. The construction is going smoothly, and we’re now working carefully on the details. Step by step, the vision is becoming real. Architect : Faraj Achmad Studio Construction : @jep.group Denpasar, Bali

NUAN VILLA Uluwatu is a seamless dialogue between architecture and interior, fully conceived from initial sketch to final realization for a private client who values earthy tones and timeless living. In this dining and kitchen area, I focused on creating a grounded yet refined atmosphere through the honest expression of mixed materials, anchored by solid teak wood that brings warmth, durability, and character. Every junction, proportion and transition was carefully considered to achieve fluidity between spaces, allowing function and aesthetics to coexist effortlessly. Rather than following trends, the design embraces longevity a calm, tactile environment where craftsmanship, material integrity and thoughtful detailing shape a space that will age beautifully and remain relevant for years to come.
