Dear PMEA 2026…
What a season it has been- from American in Paris to Xerxes, this will be a season to remember. To those I met along the way, thank you for keeping me sane (or insane) and to the seniors, I wish you the best of luck in all your future endeavors. Never would I have expected to sit among the best musicians in Pennsylvania, and I can’t express all the appreciation to those who motivated me this season. It sounds insane, but I’m sad I only have one more season of PMEA.

All State Wind Ensemble. My last PMEA festival this year was my finest, and I am so unbelievably stoked to have been able to make it this far. I am so insanely grateful for all the people who encouraged me, who shared amazing times with me, and ofc played music with me. I love you all madly.

Region Band! This was an awesome final PMEA festival. I’ve made so many great memories these past few years and am so proud of how far I’ve gotten as a saxophone player.

Districts (concert & jazz bands) 2026! This was definitely the most fun year I’ve had in PMEA festivals. Thanks to both amazing sax sections for being absolutely awesome, and also thanks to everyone from YS for being so talented and supportive. So excited for region band!

No more Bird Blues! Ever!
That was one fun last district festival.
And of course there is the ceremonial burnt toast and PMEA potion.
Credits to @where_are_the_potatodogs for filming that last video.
