Different ages. Different paths. Same mindset — GET BETTER.

At Hoop Dynamics, we focus on building the skills, confidence, basketball IQ, and work habits that players can carry with them as they move through each level of the game.

The goal isn’t to rush the process.

BUILD THE FOUNDATION. TRUST THE WORK. KEEP DEVELOPING.

CITY ROCKS HOPE 14U

Footage from City Rocks' Semi-final win @agame_hoops in @spookynooksports. This team is led well by @jeremy.gorham and have also trained with @allbballhall enhancing their development. They led by 25pts for the majority of this game. With their depth in guard play and more it was impressive to see how selfless they could be. The ball could stick with many of them but didn't need to. That identity makes them difficult to game plan against not knowing who the next scorer could be. #cityrocks #bball🏀 #basketball #spookynook

Feeling extremely grateful for a successful tournament surrounded by my @rochestercityrocks family! 🫶🏾 My team played hard, stayed strong, and played together leaving with the chip! 🥇🏆🥇Feeling blessed 🙏🏾🙌🏾🙏🏾 Thank you to everyone who supports me (rather it’s giving time to train me in the gym, coaching me, sharing/liking/commenting on my videos, words of encouragement, or your prayers and belief in me). Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!! 🙏🏾🥰🙏🏾#hardworkwithpositivemindeset💪🏾💪🏾 #greatpeopledevelopegreatpeople

From all corners of Rochester down through the Southern Tier, this group came together for one purpose — to compete, grow, and become brothers. ❤️🏀

What makes this team special isn’t just the talent… it’s the bond. Long drives, early mornings, tough practices, and battle after battle against some of the BEST players and programs in the area on the MADE Circuit — and these boys continued to rise together every single weekend.

This league doesn’t hand out wins. Every game is a war. Every matchup is against elite talent. Yet this group stayed locked in, trusted one another, and finished the regular season 8-1 heading into Championship Weekend next week. 💪🏽

Proud of these young men for representing their families, their cities, and each other the right way. The brotherhood built through this game is bigger than basketball, and this team proves that.

Now it’s time to finish what we started. 🏆

Built Different. 🏆

Our 14U City Rocks Hope squad just went UP a level… and handled business.

Playing in the 9th grade division, these guys didn’t just compete—they won it all.

That’s what happens when preparation meets toughness.
That’s what happens when you trust the work.
That’s Hoop Dynamics x City Rocks Hope culture.

Proud of this group for stepping outside their comfort zone and proving they belong anywhere.

Next up… more smoke.

This is where it all begins!
@bballhope and @rochestercityrocks are committed to building a complete program—and it starts with the youth. Our Fall tryouts are the perfect opportunity to take that first step.

At this age, playing competitive basketball not only develops skills but also shows athletes what it takes to reach the next level. Our program stands out because we combine elite skill development with high-level competition.

The results speak for themselves: in just the past two graduating classes, we’ve helped 3 student-athletes earn Division I opportunities, 2 at the Division II level, 14 at Division III/NAIA, 3 at the JUCO level, along with several prep school placements.
