Behind every student’s personal win is a mentor who sees the potential, builds the foundation, pushes the standard, and supports the journey. 💪 At Next Move Dance, we choose our mentors with intention. Our mentors are expected to: • Continuously train and deepen their knowledge of their street style • Complete ECE-focused training when working with our youngest dancers • Participate in Next Move seasonal coaching and development • Deliver every class to the Next Move standard — with structure, purpose, discipline, and care We don’t just look for great dancers. We look for strong educators, leaders, and role models who can help shape the next generation. Because an elite student experience starts with an elite standard of mentorship. @jeri_hao2 @bgirl.emmaa @ironlady_karo @jamal_ali2000 @rosiemrichard Creative Moves. Olympic Standards.🏆
