✨ Meet the Woman Behind the Vision ✨ My name is Jerica, and my journey has been built on purpose, passion, and a deep love for people. For the past 10 years, I have dedicated my life to helping others feel better, heal better, and live better. I’m not only a massage therapist, but also a wellness chef, mental health advocate, and the founder of a hospitality-driven wellness brand centered around care, healing, and intention. I specialize in sports nutrition and recovery, and I’ve had the honor of working with some of your favorite athletes. More than anything, I care deeply about creating a space where people feel safe, seen, and supported. I believe self-care should be normalized and prioritized. Taking care of your mind, body, and overall well-being is not something to feel guilty about , it is necessary. My heart is also leading me into deeper community work. I am building Girls in Motion, a program created to support girls, young women, and children transitioning out of foster care, off the streets, and through difficult life circumstances. My mission is bigger than business. It is about healing, impact, and giving back. This is who I am. This is what I stand for. And this is only the beginning. Thank you for being here and supporting my journey. 🤍 Follow my business page for wellness, recovery, self-care, and updates from ENRICHING TOUCH. Book with me, share my page, and stay connected. @enrichingtouch @jericabrewer

Allow me to reintroduce myself. I’m Jerica. 🤍✨ My vision has always been to help people and serve people. I genuinely care about every individual on this earth. I believe if more of us were truly aware of our health, we would see more preventative care, better habits, and more people living longer, fuller lives. I moved to Dallas, Texas with a dream of becoming a chef, but even then my purpose was bigger than food. I wanted to use wellness-focused meals to bring awareness to our bodies and what we put into them especially in my community. Later, I pursued massage therapy because I believe in the power of healing through physical touch. When you combine the right food with intentional bodywork, you don’t just feel better you can truly transform your life. Today, I serve busy professionals and athletes who want real results: recovery, stress relief, better mobility, and consistency. Every session is professional, customized, and intentional—and yes, I believe my touch is healing. 📍 Office-based in Addison, TX Serving Dallas • Frisco • Plano + surrounding areas 🚗 Mobile appointments available ✈️ Out-of-state travel available (pricing negotiated) My signature experience: Chef + Massage packages wellness that supports your body and your lifestyle.
