As @nycadeel says “ You gotta trust the process”. Take this week to stretch, hydrate, recover, and get mentally prepared. Check your equipment, fuel your body, and get some rest. You’ve put in the miles, now it’s time to trust the process. Saturday, October 17 100 Miles Meet: 6:45 AM Roll: 7:15 AM 133 Hurt St., Atlanta, GA 30307 We don’t run from a challenge. We ride towards it! Who’s ready to conquer 100 miles?

Meet: 6:45 AM Roll: 7:15 AM 133 Hurt St. Atlanta, GA 30307 As @remoassalaam said, “It’s never a bad day on the bike.” See you Saturday, Great People. #BonafideRiders #CenturyBuildUp #AtlantaCycling #BIOLYTE #WhenWeRideItsBonafide

Tomorrow we ride for something bigger than miles. September is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, and tomorrow Bonafide is coming together for Miles for Men’s Health. This ride is about awareness, conversation, prevention, and encouraging the men in our lives to take their health seriously. Sometimes the first step is simply starting the conversation. Wear your BLUE and help us paint Atlanta blue as we roll 30ish miles together. Saturday, September 12 Meet: 7:45 AM Wheels Down: 8:15 AM Inman Park MARTA Station 133 Hurt St NE, Atlanta Bring your bike. Bring your blue. Bring somebody with you. Every mile has a purpose tomorrow.

Some rides you survive. This one I got to enjoy. 🚴‍♂️ As promised, I returned to 3 Gaps⛰️, and had good company, great weather, and fueling that kept me strong to the finish. Oh, 26 seconds faster down Neels descent and 18 seconds faster down Woody descent. Not mad about it! Big groups bring big vibes 🎉 Sheesh, we’re heating things up, and summer isn’t even here yet! Sorry, not sorry, we’re claiming all the QOMs and KOMs 😅 But that’s not why we’re here. We’re just here to have fun. But remember, kiddos... fast is fun 🏎️
