MEET THE ARTIST #14

Today we meet the other half of our creative duo - @jerrycdshearing

Jerry is apparently a reluctant exhibitor so we feel very honoured to have him join us! Jerry’s work is based on the dynamic of nature and the interaction of nature with the elements. He works largely with acrylic paint on canvas using only the primary colours mixed on the palette or on the canvas itself. This allows him to harmonise naturally with the subject. His influences come from the Impressionists, the Expressionists and the Abstract Expressionists. We hope you will give Jerry a warm welcome.

Between them, Andrea and Jerry will be selling a variety of prints - wood, aluminium and limited editions of giclee prints plus small paintings.

Dearest Dad a very special Father’s Day squeeze to you. It’s been a very tricky journey recently and now you’re moving on to pastures new, the hardest thing is is not having that Shearing hug because of this wretched pandemic. But new memories will be made. Keep painting, writing poetry, walking and please stay out of hospital!! Here’s to all the dads - past, present, future ❤️
