GLUTEMAXING HACK FOR MY SHORT GYM GALS: 🍑❤️‍🔥

As a 4’9 girly pop…..😂 regular hyperextension setups don’t always give me the range of motion I’m looking for.

That’s why I LOVE doing my glute-biased hypers on the Smith machine 👀

The lower setup allows me to get into a deeper range of motion, which helps me really load the glutes through the stretch and get that full glute max contraction.

My biggest cues:
🍑 Push your hips into the pad
🍑 Keep the movement controlled
🍑 Think about driving your hips through—not just lifting your torso
🍑 Squeeze the glutes hard at the top
🍑 Find the setup that works for YOUR height & proportions

Being short means sometimes you have to get creative with your setup 😂 but once you find what works for your body, GAME CHANGER.

Save this for your next glute day 🤌🏼🍑

A day on my plate: bikini build edition ❤️‍🔥🍒

A little look at how I’m currently fueling my body while working toward my next stage goal.

Right now, the focus is building and refining my physique — growing my glutes, improving my overall proportions, and continuing to develop the shape I need for the bikini division.

Here’s what a typical day looks like for me right now:

▪️ Digestion stack fasted + vitamins:
1 scoop Axe & Sledge Hydration, 1 scoop Revive Daily Greens, 10g glutamine, 15g apple cider vinegar + digestive enzyme

▪️ Meal 1: 2 eggs, 40g oats + 10g PB
Ppp
▪️ Pre-workout: 85g chicken, 100g jasmine rice, 100g banana, 10g honey + 25g natural PB

▪️ Intra-workout: Axe & Sledge The Grind

▪️ Post-workout: 1 scoop Farm Fed whey, 100g blueberries + 40g Elev8 Creamy Rice

▪️ Meal 4: 85g chicken, 100g jasmine rice, 100g green beans + 10g olive oil

@jerseyshoresupplements you’ll see a few of my staples throughout my day! 🤎 JSS puts such a big emphasis on helping people understand nutrition and supplementation. They offer things like nutritional guidance, supplement recommendations and InBody analysis to help people make choices based around their individual goals.

Fueling the work, building the physique, and trusting the process. 🍑❤️‍🔥

CHECK THE RECEIPTS. 🧾

Two weeks of executing the plan:

⚖️ Weight: 164.8 lb | ↓ 2.8 lb
💪 Muscle Mass: 77.4 lb | ↓ 0.4 lb
📉 Body Fat: 16.4% | ↓ 1.1%

The goal isn’t simply to make the scale go down. We’re cutting body fat while working to maintain as much muscle as possible.

The numbers give us information. Drew makes the adjustments. My job?

Execute.

See you at the next receipt check. 🧾
