well, here we are in abbey road studio 2….
tbh i had to dissociate from how insane this weekend was because i still had a job to do!! 🤣

hearing your voice resonate in this room is pretty fucking magical, getting the live crew together @bandofskullsofficial to perform songs from the new record… casually doing vocal warm ups on mrs mills’ piano! wild.

In light of all the BS going on in London over the weekend it was so refreshing to get out of London and into nature to spend quality time with family as a reminder of what’s truly important. Spending this time with my nieces was so special my heart was filled with so much love I am rich in so many ways. Thank you to my beautiful sister for hosting us this weekend ❤️

When little ones are exposed to nature, they see her beauty just as we do; but more importantly, they start to interact with natures offerings and automatically become hands on. You’ll often see them jumping in puddles, climbing and swinging from trees, and picking things up as their curious minds take everything in.

When children are involved in experiences with nature it provokes their minds into action they are just like sponges and absorb all that is around them. This exposure to nature can be simply going for a walk, playing in the garden, or hiking in the woods.
